Webinar: Precision Agriculture 2.0 From Sensors to Soil Health: New Textbook Release

Precision agriculture is moving fast, and the second edition of Precision Agriculture Basics has been fully updated to keep pace. This webinar gives a first look at the new edition straight from the authors, organized around the book's four core topics: improving agricultural efficiency through precision technologies, overcoming adoption barriers for machine learning and precision farming tools, strategies for pest, disease, and weed management, and the role of soil health in precision farming.

Whether you teach, research, or work in the field, the session offers practical insight into where the industry is headed.

Presented by David Clay, Editor-in-Chief of the American Society of Agronomy, SD Endowed Corn Utilization Council Chair in Precision Farming, and Distinguished Professor in Soil BioGeochemistry at South Dakota State University; and Skye Brugler, Research Associate I in Agronomy, Horticulture & Plant Science at South Dakota State University. Moderated by Richard Easby of ASA, CSSA, and SSSA.
